Prayer for the Month

I greet this new day with joyful expectation and enthusiasm as I turn to the inner source of my outer world. Wonderful being of light and love that I call God, I turn to You in recognition of Your beauty as I embark upon this new day; a new day of living, a new opportunity for loving and a new chance to experience the amazing gifts of this world.
Today I vow to seek Your face in every situation and to continually hold gratitude in my heart for the many ways You have blessed me. I will be aware that every face I meet today is Your face and let every heart I connect with today remind me of the infinite ways You express through life.
Thank you infinite source for the blue of the skies, the warmth of the earth, the majesty of the mountains, oceans and trees, and the uniqueness of every living thing upon this earth. I give thanks for my home, my family, my friends and the abundance that fills every area of my life.
Today I shall be a vessel for love that I may bring continued blessings to the world.
Today I shall bring peace where there is discord, I shall offer love where there is hatred and I shall shine my light so brightly that my every word, action and thought brings myself and others into closer and deeper relationship with Your infinite good. I give thanks for this most amazing day and the most amazing opportunities that lay before me.
This I pray in the name of all that is beautiful, sacred and true.
