Prayer for the Month

July - 2007

Holy Spirit, I turn within to You as the source of my faith and as the energy of my every experience. I find myself today in a place of emptiness and doubt as I am filled with confusion and question about my current life experience. You are my guiding light and I know in this time of darkness that you are right on the edge of my human ability to see. I connect with you now to help me see differently.

Give me the wisdom and courage to access my spiritual sight that I may behold the goodness just beyond the horizon of my knowing. I feel and know You in the deepest and truest parts of my being and I call You forth as the strength I seek. Strength to stand in the midst of my current life experience and know without question it is only an illusion. Strength to say and do all that needs to be done by me to create a new vision, a new reality and a new experience.

Through You my heart and mind are guided to that which supports and nurtures my inner eyes and my oneness with you. Let every experience serve as a reminder of my personal power and ability to change direction through the grace of choice. I know that through the steadfastness of my desire and belief I make choices that lift me from the dream into the reality of heaven on earth. I claim the truth of my being now! I hold positive thoughts and know that You are responding with an unshakeable force that is untouched by any current circumstance. As I change direction, there is no darkness, for I am the light. As I shift in consciousness, there is no confusion, for I am the wisdom of God. As I awaken to spiritual truth, there is no emptiness because I exist as the fullness of creation itself!

Your mighty spirit within me is my rock and I cling with a fierce determination to this truth as I move through any difficulty. I am a testimony to Your Spirit of love in action. As I get my humanness out of the way, I remove the gates that have dammed up the river of Your spiritual goodness and I allow that river to flood my very being, and wash my mind clean of any untrue thoughts or visions. Your love and abundance now flow through my soul restoring it to its perfect and natural state of being. From this place of truth I watch my experience change and blossom into a magnificent, abundant and beautiful reflection of my inner knowing, and I am grateful. It is true and I simply let it be.
